We operate a small portable sawmill. The sawhead and track are a Norwood Lumberlite 24. We custom built a chassis, log loader and added an axle and tow bar. We can mill logs up to 15 feet in length and 24 inches in diameter. All of our logs come from private property and have either been damaged in a storm or are being felled due to asthtics or because they are hazardous. We also have purchased some hardwood logs from local sawyers. We have cut Red and White Pine, Hemlock, Spruce, Balsam Fir, Red Oak, Hard Maple, and Black Cherry. Most of our cutting is on the hobby scale. We occasionally sell wood if someone requires custom cut lumber.
